Every seat, best in the house. Every staff member, warm and welcoming. Every meal, prepared to perfection. Every evening, unforgettable. Miller wouldn’t have it any other way. And when the Yankees wanted a world-class steakhouse in its world-famous stadium, he was the perfect man for the job.

Miller is Director of Operations for Hard Rock International and oversees the Hard Rock Cafes in Times Square, Yankee Stadium, Atlantic City and Philadelphia, a role he began in 2002. He comes with over 30 years experience from Holiday Inn in Long Island, to Briad Restaurant Group and Carlson Restaurants/T.G.I.Friday’s Restaurants where he served as Director of Operations. He’s been recognized with the industries top awards, including Cafe of the Year, Times Square 2006, Director of Operations, 2008 and the Hard Rock Hall of Fame, 2008.

Miller began his management role for NYY Steak at the start of the 2009 baseball season. He hires and expertly coordinates the staff, oversees restaurant design and construction, menu development, training and kitchen operations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Harry Chapin Foundation, WhyHunger and the Advisory Board of Children’s Miracle Network in Metro/New York. And when Miller’s not managing every facet of his legendary restaurants or participating in one of many charity events, he spends time with his home team, his wife and four children.
